I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. I offer therapy services to the residents of the Austin, TX community as well as the greater state of Texas through virtual counseling services.

A little about me: people describe me as bubbly, funny, empathic, intuitive, and compassionate. I am fiercely passionate about making the therapy experience a fun one.

I enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults regarding a variety of life concerns and facilitating self-growth.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-compassion. I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life.
Owning our story can be hard, but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky, but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love, belonging, and joy (the experiences that make us the most vulnerable). Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.
